Dripping Springs Golden Hour Session
I instantly loved Taylor the moment I learned that their sweet baby’s due date was only ONE day before my birthday! Pisces children, unite! 😉 I knew her bubbly personality and love of nature would be perfect for a Dripping Springs Golden Hour session, especially since that is the town they reside in! That makes it all the more special.
I then loved Taylor even more when I met her in person at our style session. She was so fun and enthusiastic about trying on all of the pieces, and just as I knew they would, every single dress looked incredible on her. She ended up picking a rust off the shoulder dress paired with a Free People fringe jacket for her first look, followed by an olive Reclamation dress for her second look. We paired her husband Josh in simple neutrals that looked great with her outfit.
Throughout the shoot, Taylor and Josh were just the best. They were so fun and connected, willing to try absolutely anything and everything. I kept asking if Taylor was sure she wasn’t a model, because…can you even? Also, her hair is just goals all around. The most beautiful that I’ve ever seen, and it was styled to absolute perfection! Her make-up was also stunning, adding some beautiful drama to the shots.
One of my favorite questions to ask expecting moms is what they’re craving. I loved learning that Taylor, who usually doesn’t like chocolate, was into Oreos and milkshakes. She also proclaimed a random love of yellow mustard, which I am here for.
A lot of guys admittedly don’t love photoshoots, but if Josh felt that way too, you’d never know. He was incredibly outgoing and seemed to be having just as much fun as Taylor. He was also the perfect cheerleader for her, telling her how gorgeous she looked during all her solo shots.
I can’t wait to meet this sweet baby! This Dripping Springs Golden Hour session was absolutely beautiful.
