You know what I love? When a client says, “Do whatever you want. I trust you! I just want something outside of the box.” It’s like a photographer’s dream having total creative freedom, right? Amy allowed me to do just that, so we chose the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, TX.
I met Amy through a mutual friend and liked her instantly. She is fun, real, and so very genuine. I also adore her family – they are just as amazing as she is. Amy owns Songs 4 Seeds, an interactive kids music class in the Austin area. My kids are huge fans, and if you’re in the area, you should absolutely check them out.
We started our session at the Hill Country Galleria for a more urban setting that was also close to home. We got lucky that it was totally decked out for the holidays! We then went over to Amy’s Ice Cream to snag some cones for a rooftop session. I had this vision that involved golden sun and childhood bliss – and it totally came to life. Shout out to the employee who was awesome and gave us tons of extra napkins and spoons to help us out.
The sunset was absolutely perfect, and thanks to the magic of Photoshop, the parking lot was also empty. 😉 I see a lot more galleria sessions in my future! Here are some of the highlights of our session.
