Favorite Dress: Katrina
I had the honor of photographing Justin and Katrina after their elopement, and can we talk about how insanely beautiful Katrina’s dress was?! I. Am. Obsessed. The tones, the attention to detail…just amazing. Isn’t she beautiful?
Most Creative Session: Shea and Family
For sweet Aiden’s 2nd birthday, Shea just wanted her family captured naturally at their kids’ school playground. The idea was absolutely adorable and by far one of the most fun sessions I’ve ever done. It was an amazing way to kick off 2021.
Best Baby Hair: Baby Lincoln
It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for redheads. How beautiful is Lincoln’s hair?! I mean…I was swooning.
Best Sunrise: Sarah’s Branding Session
Seriously, can you even handle this amazing golden light?
Raddest Dad: Tony
Tony was amazing to work with from the beginning, putting in 100% effort over every detail of location, outfits, and execution of our session. The way he loves and plays with his girls is the best, and I had a blast with this fantastic family.

Spiciest Big Sister: Saylor
Not only was Saylor the sweetest big sis at her baby sister Emmy’s newborn shoot, but she also had the best amount of spice to step in the spotlight and bust some moves for us. She is THE most fun.
Most Loving Siblings at a Newborn Session: Nora + Drake
Drake was a perfect angel the entire duration of our newborn session, and so was big sister Nora. She was down for whatever I asked her to do when it came to snuggling her baby, and I’m pretty sure I’ve never heard one complaint uttered from her during both the sessions we’ve done!
Most Loving Siblings at a Family Session: Vera, Cole, Cora, + Violet
Not only are these sweet siblings SO adventurous and fun, but they LOVE each other so much that you can’t help but smile. There was no short supply of kisses, hugs, and snuggles during our session!
Best Baby Rolls: Baby Seven
Baby Seven puts even the rolliest of babies to shame. CAN YOU EVEN?
Best Session Ending: Alissa + Family
Theo was a perfect gentleman during our session, and of course we decided to cool off and end in the water. Theo was living his best life and decided to take his comfort to the next level.
Chillest Family: Christina, Jesus, + JJ
I don’t think you can find nicer human beings. All three of these lovely people are just so kind, easygoing, and flexible. Christina showed up to her session without ever having seen her dress in person, put it on, and looked like a goddess.
Best Maternity Wardrobe: Jana
It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for a beautiful bump, and Jana chose two amazing outfits that made her look F L A W L E S S.
Snuggliest Newborn: Baby Violet
Her dad Justin also gets the award for best swaddler.
Favorite Beach Session: Grace
This mommy + me session made me swoon. Grace and her sweet boy have the most incredible relationship.
Best Couple Toss: Katrina + Josh
Josh executed it perfectly, don’t you think? Plus I had to include a few others from this sweet family’s session.
Most Adventurous Family: The Butlers
I have been photographing sweet Claire since she was a newborn, and her amazing family traveled during the same time as us to Glacier National Park in Montana this summer to get photos done! CAN YOU EVEN with how beautiful of a family they are?
Favorite Location: Karey + Family
Though I loved exploring Montana and was quite obsessed, Jackson Hole stole my heart. I had such a blast photographing Karey and her girls there.
Spiciest Couple: Olivia + Erik
In what has become one of my favorite engagement sessions, our canoe/water adventure was perfection…as are they!
The Session That Meant the Most: Shannon + Family
I won’t share Shannon’s story here to keep her privacy, but this sweet mama had one hell of a year and wanted one last Austin session with her sweet babies before relocating back East. They were the best family. Isn’t she stunning?
Most “Homey:” Alex + Drew
Alex and Drew have the type of home where you instantly feel peace when you step in. It’s the perfect blend of cozy and aesthetically beautiful, and it was the perfect backdrop for their snuggly family session.
Most “Austin Vibes” Session: Mai
Mai’s adorable South Congress session was the perfect way to celebrate their move here.
Best Attention to Detail: Lillie
From the baby shoes to the matching bracelets for her and the girls, there’s no doubt that Lillie always brings a fun attention to detail at our sessions.
Favorite Mama/Daughter Duo: Sarah + Taylor
These two have the most beautiful bond and had the sweetest moments during our session. I was obsessed!
